Double room booked on Groupon, 59 euro was agreed and paid 6 months ago. At reservation the hotel claimed an additional 10% service charge without consent. When questioned, the hotel canceled the reservation single-sidedly without apology, but agreed to return our booking fee. However, they haven't made the transfer for over a week after the day they promised!

Outside not very attractive, but once you're inside really nice, modern, friendly....simply a perfect place to stay in very good, nice rooms. Very central localisation (Bokrijk, Maasmechelen, cosmodrome, natuurpark,....), price/quality one of the best, very good for bikers and with a superb italian restaurant in the hotel...nothing to worry about, just enjoy it !!

We stayed 2 nights at the atlantis hotel. We just loved the atmosphere. The hotel is located just outside the city centre. Staff is very friendy en helpfull! Room very clean and good Italian food in the restaurant.
