Had one night here in sea/ south facing room. Very well appointed;fridge, safe, kettle, free water. Also balcony with chairs and inside, table two chairs and a sofa. Room 364. Very much enjoyed our stay This hotel has a lovley beachfront setting with wonderfull views across the vast sandy beach we were very lucky with the weather and the sunset from the balcony just amazing. We stayed just one night in the Novotel as we wanted to be near the beach. The hotel is definitively not more than 3 star, the rooms were clean but could do with refurbishment. We paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel, probably because of its location right on the sea front, but our room was very disappointing. Was clean enough, just not the ambience we were expecting. We have stayed at this hotel several times on our way back to Calais. The rooms are spacious, really comfortable beds (although the sofa bed for our daughter wasn't as comfortable) and clean, however the balcony could have done with a lick of paint. We came across this by accident - having booked into the Ibis next door. Excellent room, great service and fabulous beach views.
