Location was good - only plus point for this so called hotel. Sound proofing in hotel non-existant!!! Room was small dark, dingy and noisy. Made a formal verbal complaint at the front desk after trying to nap in afternoon. Asked to look at another room which was supposed to be a 'superior' at 40 euros extra (which wasn't much better).... more

Not welcoming. Very shabby and rooms small. Had to change room, but not much better! Tried to charge us more than roomrate advertised. Only stayed 1 night instead of 2. Man on desk shrugged his shoulders when we complained. Others complaining too. Couldn't care less. Really needs a huge refurbishment. Do not go there! more
