Hippotel came to the rescue and had a big room for 4 of us at late notice where everywhere else was full. It was clean and the layout (room for 6) gave us the privacy we wanted for the one night we stayed. But, it was a little noisy in the night with gurgling water pipes and thin walls. The... more

I was on a school trip when I stayed here, me and my friends hated it. The rooms had nothing to them, yeah they were cheap but they were too basic. The shower sprayed everywhere, the door leading to the balcony didn't lock properly, the beds were too far apart because the bunk beds were in a different room to... more

Stayed here for two night break and it was brilliant . Room was lovely and clean, very comfortable. Hotel was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast which was good value for money. Hotel set in lovely tranquil surroundings. Plenty to see and do, and some lovely walks. Would go back tomorow !!! more

this is the place to stay. £55 for 2 bunk beds and 2 twins per night is cheap. The walk into town is over 30 minutes. Good nature walking and flat cycling outside the front door. Everything in the room is cheap, including the shower fixings (lack of), beds, tables, TV etc.. more

OK, It was a school trip when I stayed in this hotel! The location is bad, firstly near by is some sort of plane thing and I think there is a riffle school nearby. There is a horse riding school as well near the hotel. Also at night, you could see a very faint (but obvious) lighthouse light over the... more

The rooms are slightly shabby but apart from this everything worked out fine and the price (£50 per night) was reasonable. We had to push twin beds together and we used a cot for our 2-year-old rather than use the bunk beds. There was a fridge+ice box and sink/hob so you can cook if you borrow a tray of cutlery.... more

Hotel very basic but room was clean. We arrived at 1pm but weren't allowed in the room until 4pm, even though we think that there were rooms available. There was no kettle or toaster which we found disappointing in a self catering appartment. We had to take out our own rubbish and either provide our own towels or pay extra... more

We had a family room here for one night , good value at 82 euros it was clean and the staff were very helpful- we arrived too late for dinner but the receptionist phoned the resturant up the road and booked us a table. Breakfast was extra, it was ok. Beautiful surroundings ,will go back again. more

The hotel foyer was thick with smoke, the bedrooms dirty (with blood stains) and stank of smoke. The other guest were rowdy, with doors being kicked in at 2am and no intervention from the owners. Breakfast was poor. There is no car park or security. It is neither welcoming or accomodating. more

We stayed here for one night of a touring holiday, after visiting and becoming enchanted with Le Touquet - visit this town if you can, its a peach of a place. We had trouble finding a room at the big hotels and travelling with three kids, meant we needed a large family room or two rooms and this can be... more
