21st August, prepaid on a Great Escapes Battlefield tour with the War Research Sociey. The bedrooms were large, airy and roomy. The air conditioning wasn't working and when I asked at reception if they could fix it they told me they didn't have any, everybody else seemed too!! The staff otherwise were polite and efficent.
