I had not made a reservation and was assigned a double room which was apparently not properly heated and reachable only over multiple flights of stairs. The owner told me later it was their policy to give away first the "very quiet" rooms - apparently forgetting the outside winter and he was not earlier made aware of such unheated rooms.
On the rate I had to remind them on their internet prices as they tried to charge a higher rate but the inmediately corrected that.
The hotel has a very nice restaurant with excellent food and service, also the breakfast is recommendable. more
