We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful place. The gardens are spectacular--one friend said "the gardener here is a magician!" There was a nice looking 9 hole golf course. Even though the area is hot & dry, the course was very green and plenty of floral landscaping, mature olive trees, and other fruit trees. Restaurant was quite good, and breakfasts... more

Have to agree with the views of the last review. Hotel set in fairly non descript countryside, with lots of olive trees and tobacco plants and also adjacent to a large cash and carry place. Also you cannot walk to anywhere apart from the sister hotel, which is even more dissapointing as although slightly less expensive on room rates is... more

This is hospitality by numbers. The hotel stands in boring countryside, and visually it has little to recommend it. Such gardens as there are are uninspired standard hotel planting, but there is little to attract the eye. The rooms are OK, standard fittings, but soul-less. They have no views at all - at least ours, at over 400 euros a... more

Masseria Torre Maizza is the most amazing hotel with total attention to details. We organised our wedding here and from the first day we arrived to view the hotel up to the time all our guests left we had a ball. Everything was 'no problem' even last minute changes to the rooming lists. All the staff speak fluent english and... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 08. I loved this hotel for it's chic yet relaxing atmosphere. It's a great place to chill out. We really liked the following about Torre Massia: * Picturesque, wonderful setting - a successful fusion of old buildings with new. *Large, beautifully appointed rooms with large comfortable beds. Modern. luxurious bathrooms. * Separate... more
