Placed to 5 km by Foligno in the valley of the Menotre in an ideal context to still spend a vacation to contact with an uncontaminated nature, to few minutes of auto from the most beautiful suburbs in Italy among which Assisi, Montefalco, Bevagna.The house is surrounded by an uliveto delimited in turn from a wood of secular oaks, where to take long walks among the sage and the rosemary that grow spontaneous in these zones. The materials used for the restructuring of this agricultural house are: beams of recovery and local stone, in the respect of the rural architecture umbra.
