Having booked a holiday in Ronda, Andalucia, and wished to take my fiance and her parents for a day trip to Jerez, we needed a comfortable, but value for money hotel that was close to the main attractions. Having scouted Google Earth, I found the hotel Bellas Artes. And it did not disappoint. I booked via their email reservation service... more

Stayed 4 days in this hotel in June 2007. Lovely hotel in central but quiet location. Great views from our room of the cathedral. Very, very helpful, friendly and positive staff who spoke english well. Room was spacious, remote control air con (mandatory!!) and well looked after. No tea/coffee in room, but ask the front desk and they will make... more

We booked this hotel in a hurry and were pleasantly surprised with how charming it was. From the scent of lillies in the hall to the standing bathtub with canopy and view of the cathedral. Handily situated in the centre of the city, Belles Artes is a perfect place to see Jerez from. Winningly presented with a real sense of... more

We spent one night in Room 6 at this hotel and loved it. The view is great from the balcony, the room full of character, the breakfast fantastic and the staff extemely helpful and friendly. We had a little trouble finding the hotel but once we got there could park right outside and the receptionist recommended a good restaurant. I... more

We stayed here for 4 nights earlier this year. I would certainly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location in centre of old Jerez opposite the Cathedral, in a square. The hotel itself is a large old townhouse that has been stylishly converted. All the rooms are furnished in a chic style with flair. Beware as the rooms... more

We stayed one night at this charming small hotel after a day of sherry touring and were very glad we did. It is a very intimate, beautifully decorated hotel- it has a wonderful mix of colours on the walls and antique type furniture. The staff were very helpful (all did not speak English though) and the breakfast buffet was lovely.... more

We were looking for a reasonably-priced hotel for our first night in Jerez, and ended up opting for Bellas Artes rather than one of the larger hotels. We're very glad that we did. We arrived on foot, and were greeted by very quiet streets around the hotel, which are mostly narrow, cobbled, and many pedestrianised. The hotel itself sits in... more

A beuatiful little hotel. Like the other reviewer, we stayed in room 6. The bedroom was small but the corner bath more than made up for it, and the high ceiling with exposed beams was extremely attractive. The small balcony gives an excellent view of the cathedral and I felt very self-important standing there overlooking the square. The location is... more

The hotel is a beautifuly restored small palace in Plaza Arroya ,just opposite the cathedral. The Alcazar is just behind the cathedral, shops ,bars and restaurants are close by. Our room, No 6 ,was very well appointed and and overlooked the Plaza and cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful and... more
