Have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Jerez but this is by far the best, completely non smoking which in Jerez is unusual. we ate out at several restaurants which had no smoking signs but customers and staff were blantantly smoking, not nice when you are eating. The Sabore restaurant in the hotel was excellent Miguel the perfect... more

The Chancilleria Hotel was recommended to me by the estate agents while I was looking at properties in Jerez. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in lots of hotels in my time and it is always nice when you find a real gem. And the Hotel Chancilleria is just that. It is located in the historic old town... more

I travel all over Spain for work and have had good and bad hotel experiences. The best in 2008 by far was at the Hotel Chancilleria in Jerez de la Frontera. I first meant to stay with them last February shortly after they opened, but my schedule changed. I am glad i got to stay there in August and only... more

It is found down one of the myriad of cobblestone streets in the old gypsy quarter of Santiago where it shares space with other buildings that... more

This hotel is greatly recomended! The service was superb, the location great and the room very, very nice. The owners really knew "customer service". You must also try the restaurant. Dining in the garden, at night. Nice. more

Myself and my Wife stayed 3 nights from Thursday through to Sunday in the last week of July 08. Lovely hotel with excellent owners. Alejandro and Joana were terrific. So to was their Son Jody. All made us feel very welcome, so much so we treated the hotel like our own. The level of service was impeccable and the advice... more

Stayed here one night as a city break from our apartment on the Mediterranean coast. No problem at all finding it (we have Sat Nav and had downloaded a map). We arrived at 1330 and parked outside the police station behind the cathedral (Calle de Jose Luiz Diez) as we wanted to make our booking for the arab baths later... more

Only stayed here for one night as part of a tour of Andalucia. The hotel itself was modern, located within walking distance of the main part of Jerez and reasonably priced. We drove to Jerez and had an extremely stressful time trying to find the hotel using the directions given to us. These did not prove to be helpful as... more
