Travelled with three children, aged 6, 11 & 14. Arrived just after 11pm (when the AI facilities stop) and no food or drinks were provided for us (even tho the room is paid for from noon that day) and we had to pay for drinks (£18 for 5 drinks) and that was with 20% discount cos we were late arrivals.... more

This hotel is by no means a ronseal tin as most things that are advertised dont even exist. The pictures of the rooms look nothing like the rooms you get .
