This hotel is far from the madding crowd. Easily the furthest inland. Well away from everything and thats what I wanted. With 29 rooms for couples the pool is hardly used but sparkling clean mixed with Greek weather much needed for cooling down in a totally leisurely surrounding. we stayed here for our friends' wedding and found it really relaxing and peaceful. We first stayed at the Rafael Studios in 2004 when they were newly built (in fact they hadnt even completed the top floor at that time) and fell in love with the laid back atmosphere and great location. There was 4 of us, we loved it will go back again, the pool area was great enough sunbeds for everyone, the owner Antonio is very friendly they will do snacks all day and night if you want, the apartments are very nice, if i had one moan it would be the beds too hard but then us brits moan... more

I'd read some scary reports about these apartments being too far out of the way and too far a walk down to the main square; but im pleased to say that wasnt my impression at all.
