We went there on our honeymoon, a few years back now, the breeze is lovely as it was very hot in June. You need to be pretty fit to manage the steps and the hill a couple of times a day. we have been to Lindos several times since and always stopped lower down in the village,but we would stop there again if it was busy and we were struggling to get in. We were in a split level studio the bedroom stairs were steeper than any other in Lindos! It was very basic but very Lindian.
