The Le Palme occupies a prime location in the beautiful town of Limone. Set right on the side of the lake and nestling amongst attractive boutique shops and bars the Le Palme has all the advantages to make it a top quality hotel. Spent just a week in le Palme, chosen for its location on the flat, by the lake, in the town. Was definately the choice for those reasons. Traditional , old fashioned style, quaint with charm. There are some great and poor points to this hotel. The good: the location is perfect, right at the ferry port. The food is excellent. There is a fantastic, friendly atmosphere. The staff are (in general) very good and do try to facilitate guests. The bad: there is a wide variance in rooms, the top floor are basically dog boxes... more
