Hiking routes start just behind the Kursaal- you can take the 2 hour- hike to San Fruttuoso, Portofino and to Santa Marghereta. In Camogli, way up in the hills, overlooking Camogli/Genova on one side and portofino on the other, is the hotel. Walks along the ridge, to portofino are amazing. Having a habit of booking before reading the reviews, the Trip Advisor critics left us a little worried about Portofino Kulm. Looking back, all reviews are “somewhat true”, but I must admit: we had a great time. It is not Portofino (at 25 Km).
