This hotel is not in Cagliari. It is an adequate, reasonable, budget hotel. The rooms are large & clean; the bed comfortable; the staff, helpful - & it has free parking. First of all, this hotel "is not" in Cagliari, but in Quartu Sant Elena, about 7 miles away. It is a 15 minute unpleasant walk to the seaside, through nothing scenic, or a quick 5 minute drive.
