Rooms very clean, nice buffet breakfast.. good value for the money. local restaurants that offer good food at reasonable prices. Walk to Metro takes around 15 minutes with lots of construction. Would not want to walk from Metro to hotel late at night. more

Extremely good value for money. With Ibis you know what you get: good value, good quality for low prices especially in the weekends. We always stay here when we are in Paris. The hotel is very well located near to the highway: we can arrive by car and there is always parking space in the covered garage. The metro is... more

It was a decent Hotel, but the Room was not too big otherwise it was good. It had some eating places near by so it was fine but the Metro station is not very near, one has to walk a bit to get there. For tourist places in Paris one has to take the Metro because this hotel isn not... more

Been there for a week last December. Rooms were really big, there was a desk, a couch, two twin beds and a huge bathroom. Although the shower was really weird, there is no curtain or shower door whatsoever, just... a shower. Me not being used to it ended up in water leaking everywhere in the bathroom which was not that... more

I have just read the previous reviews, and thought I had the wrong hotel. Our nights at the Ibis were fantastic!! We booked through SNCF at a little train station in the countryside, when we heard there was going to be a rail strike the following day (possibly two), so decided if we were going to be stranded, best to... more

Average Ibis quality hotel (clean, basic), friendly staff, bit far from downtown. Note that it is at the southern end of town (opposite side of town coming from Charles de Gaulle Airport), at the end of line 4. If travelling from the CDG airport (and you do decide to stay here), it's probably quickest to take the RER train B... more

Stayed here for three nights, it was arranged by the company I was visiting. The room was small and the furnishings were very cheap and uncomfortable. The walls are wafer thin so was kept awake by other people walking past throughout the night. The location is not great either, no decent restaurants close by and the metro is a good... more

The breakfast buffet there is pretty great! Their elevator is very small, If you are traveling with a big group of people be ready to carry your suitcase up many stairs because the wait to get into the elevator will simply be too long. It's really a drag to carry super heavy luggage up the stairs. In our room the air... more

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 45 other students for an overseas studies program, and it was not good at all. First of all, we had to load over 50 staircases up to our rooms, which were on the 7th through 9th floors. But, the elevators were broken. This was a struggle carrying them up 9 flights... more

We stayed at the Ibis Porte d'Orelans for 6 nights in mid october. The hotel is located quite far from the metro station (18 minutes walk) which can be very frustrating when carrying 2 heavy suitcases. As we learned later, there is a bus (no. 125) which can be used to get from the hotel to the metro station (and... more
