I concur with JohnJF, the Management needs to review its policies. Business has taken me to that part of the world many times and I have stayed at this hotel some of the times. The Management is COLD; no recognition of frequent patrons nor polite words like welcome, thank you or come again. more
I've stayed at De Admiraal before, and I'd have given it a better rating than I am now. I think it is losing interest in the business of accommodating guests.
