On arrival 6th September 2007 we were checked in at reception and shown to our apartment which was to be 'home' for the next 14 days. My husband who is aged 67 had to carry 2 quite heavy suitcases containing 14 days clothing etc down several steps and then up 2 short flights of stairs without any help offered whatsoever.... more
