just arrived backe yesterday 17th june 09.had a great holiday very relaxed.i arrived on the 10th.had to wait 3hours for my room. they put me on the 9th floor. I asked to be moved as i do not like Heights. reception said they would ring me Back waited one hour.finally went down to reception to be told sorry no rooms... more

The location it's very nice, between the beach and the Marina and near the Casino. The hotel as a SPA Satsanga (You must pay), buffet Restaurant, outside pool (very poor, and without grass and trees), bar and shops. Some rooms are already refurbished, and some of them have a litlle kitchenette. The view of the sea view rooms are amazing. more

Just returned from a week at the Ampalius with my partner and young baby. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and a stones throw from the marina where there is a huge selection of restaurants etc. As soon as we checked in I understood what people meant about the staff. The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minute walk to the marina, right on the beach, very clean and the staff where very helpful, you do have to pay extra for the use of the safe €2.50 per night and the indoor pool. The breakfast hot food selection was very poor quality, however lots of fruit, cereal, croisants etc... more

Recently stayed at the Vila Gale Amplius hotel but was quite disappointed with the hotel. Check in took almost 30 minutes but we arrived at the hotel by 12 noon and our room wasn't ready til 3pm, but we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room. Nice hotel very central, near to the beach and the marina. Nicw rooms confortable,breakfast good, nice for the britsh people ho like this bad things :) (bacon eggs ...) Recomend more
