Not much to see and do in Kirkenes so a comfortable hotel is essential. Very modern hotel with a good restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast (omelettes and waffles cooked to order). Room on the small side (common in Norway) but nice view across the bay. 3 minute walk to downtown (joke - downtown consists of 3 streets).

Nice base hotel for a great area for adventure. Staff are nice and friendly, foods yummy. Everything runs smoothly. Nice view of the fiord and mountains. Not five star but has everything you need. Nice big breakfast selection.
