This hotel is situated almost in an intersection, very close to the main road between Oslo and Gothenburg (E 6). On one side the heavily trafficed E6, on two other sides local access road towards Sarpsborg. Don't expect a quiet room with a great view, at least it's kind of noisy if you open the window. And there's absolutely no view, you'll see roads and industrial areas. With window closed the noise is no problem though. The hotel is good for business events, and this is probably their main business during the week. There's a great pool-area at the hotel and in the weekends that's probably the main reason for staying, well suited for children. Staff is polite and provide a good and professional service. Food is great, both dinner, lunch and breakfast. The dining room is not very good in my opinion, a table for 2 or 4 wasn't an option here - a table for 25 is where you're seated.
