Comfortable, informal, spotlessly clean, relaxing and charming.. Dot's 'full english' with toast and home made jam is as good as it gets.. what a way to start the day! If you are after a 'B&B' then look no further than The Elms.. Its a little gem.. Just like Dot! (& Phil of course!)

Dot and Phil provide a warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed in all the rooms at vairous times over the past few months, all are clean, comfortable with all mod cons. The breakfast is amazing including the freshly laid eggs! The place is in a lovely rural location, but easy to find. Easy access to Norwich.

Lovely rooms, very clean and well presented. Phil and Dot are so nice and make you feel very welcome, tea and home made cake on arrival. Great breakfast. This was my second stay as the first was so good. The standard is just as high two years on. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed
