This hotel is a gem. The drawbacks are well documented which are the fact that the Hotel is way outside Rome and situted on a Motorway. You are also reliant on a car. It's an excellent hotel for the price, however, it's way out of the way from metro area Rome and buses going to the hotel stop running early.
