This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever stayed in. The staff seemed to be all family and was excellent. The resaurant was a bit pricey but very tasty. Bone up on your French vocabulary, Bouillon is very close to the Frence border. Ask for a room over looking the river. more

Stayed for one night on a motorcycle tour of the Ardennes. Had a corner suite which was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Restaurant was excellent. Excellent location. Pleasant dining room. Noisy - very creaky floorboards and noise from other rooms. Room decor very tired. Room and bathroom small. Bathroom very much in need of refurbishment: the tiles and shower curtain were black! No drink making facility in room. Breakfast quality poor.
