Ranked as a 4* hotel but is definitely not more than max 3*. Tired decoration, bed and pillow very hard and uncomfortable and noice from the adjecent road made it impossible to sleep. Look for another hotel when you visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore

Myself and my husband stayed at the Hotel Villa Carlotta for four nights in October and can thoroughly recommend it. The staff were exceptional and we could find no fault with it at all. The food is very good and the room was very comfortable. We are both looking forward to returning at some time in the near future.

We had really nice stay at Carlotta. Free Parking, nice breakfast and nice room. The bed was very good, the room's air-con worked very well. Two things we didn't like was small shower and had no bathtub+the location could be better. The hotel staff call "Paola" was very friendly and helpful!
