We arrived in a beatifull scenery. Had a spotless room. It was so pityfull to see such a lack of service. No friendlyness, no warmth, no welcome feeling. We had a perfect stay at Tenuta Castel Venezze. Very nice appartment, clean,much space in- and outside! It is a quiet place and the surroundings are beautiful, like Ferrara, Verona, Bologna etc. The people of this accommodation are also very kind. We hope to return to this place! more
