Breakfast was good, better than most budget hotels with a regular hot option and frequently topped up pastries. Stayed at the Hotel Windsor, Tossa for five nights in July. A small, typically holiday hotel, very clean and tidy, and for 56 Euros per night, excellent value for money. The hotel is situated in the centre of Tossa, close to all the shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are simply furnished (not air conditioned), clean and small, clean bathrooms en-suite.... more
