Have been coming to Tossa de Mar for as long as I can remember and the place never changes. Used to stay in the Hotel Oasis across the street but changed to the Esmeraldas to go self catering. Excellent place and the Aparthotel as always, lovely. Would move to Tossa tomorrow permanently if we could afford it. more

Just returned from here ,location great,but if you think you can self cater ,no way,only 2 rings and a microwave ,NO OVEN,fridge ok but no freezer compartment. Staff fairly unhelpful,entertainment poor,but ok if you like karoke or bingo. Great resort just poor service. more

We had a wonderful time in Tossa de Mar and really fell in love with the resort. It is quaint and uncommercial while having a warm buzzy feel. There is a good mix of nationalities and is ideal for young children with a family friendly atmosphere, good shopping and fantastic restaurants. Stayed here for 2 weeks in a self catering apartment. Had breakfast on first morning in hotel as arrived during the night. Superb choice which was replenished quickly. Hotel is in a quiet part of the resort but excellent for getting around. Staff were very friendly. Apartments cleaned every 2 days and clean towels given; sheets changed once a week.... more

just back from esmeraldas. i was there with a friend and 2 teenagers. it was a great holiday..rooms clean,staff fantastic,pool a bit small but you were always able to enjoy it. william the hotel entertainer was fantastic with the kids of all ages..entertainment every night,which was fab..resort was beautiful and only a 10 min bus ride into the livlier resort... more
