Well, generally I was impressed with this hotel. It's very clean, well designed and generally a joy to stay in. BUT.... it is not without it's faults. From the time we arrived to the time we left all the staff were helpful, willing and polite, excellent service all round. Bedroom spacious , my wife was impressed with the walk in wardrobe with even enough hangers for all of her clothes. Loved it. Very relaxing. Staff at check in very helpful and considerate. On arriving in our room, I asked if it was possible to change to one with a nicer view, which they found for me immediately.
