After checking in, we were shown to the lifts, which for the 1st to 7th floors required going through a few dingy hallways which do nothing to create a good impression, nor did the creaky lifts which were barely big enough to fit 2 people with small suitcases. Our room (twin) was very small compared to most others in that... more

Well, i have just got back from an amazing stay at the Sol Princesa Dacil in Tenerife where i stayed for a week with my mom. I have read some of the reviews on here and although i would agree with a few points it really isn't as bad as it sounds. Ok so the inside Bar was closed but... more

Stayed here from June 13-20. We booked this hotel after it was recommended to me by family as a great place for my 2 teenage daughters. We were told there was a disco in the complex every night which is the main reason we chose this hotel, this is also advertised in the web site. On arrival we had to... more

Upon arriving just after lunch we queued for what seemed ages as there was only 1 reception checking people in and 2 coaches had arrived!! We were sent up in the service lifts as we were on the 7th floor and they are doing works to the lifts, I understand this has been going on a while though, lifts were... more

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It was disgusting. The "food" was utter slop. Our meals were included abut all we ate was toast and fruit, we ate out the rest of the time for our own safety. The dishes and cutley were vile, dirty, dead bugs in them, sticky, disgusting! The "restaurant" was... more

Went for one week in April with my 9 year old daughter. Booked a twin room but on arrival were pleasantly surprised to be given a suite, with lounge and bedroom. The rooms were clean, as was the bathroom, we had shampoo and shower/bath gel provided. Towels were changed every day and the room was always clean when we returned.... more

Very nice 3* hotel. Staff pleasant. Rooms clean. Good selection in dining room. The hotel was in a very good position for walks to any of the beaches and shopping, hotel was on a bit of an incline, which might be a problem for some, but very easy for anyone used to normal walking conditions. We have stayed in many... more

This hotel is great and i would highly reccomend it to anyone! It is excellent for families as this hotel is flinstones themed during the summer they have kids clubs but they still do activities in the winter for the kids. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who processed us very quickly and gave... more
