Requested rooms near to each other ,not only was this ignored,we were in different buildinng.Reqested low floors owing to aged relatives we were on third floor six flights of stairs no lift .Were moved after phon calls to london but ruined our holiday more

We had booked 5 studio appartments specifying (back in January) that at least 3 of these be on the ground floor as some of our party are disabled.
