We rented a two floor room which had two bathrooms which was great as we were a group of 3. Two private balconies - one upstairs and one downstairs. very clean. some staff friendly. Staff for timeshare were lovely ..no pressure. No bother. There is a free bus every 30mins to the beach n town between las americas and los christianos. The only problem was we were to far up the hill. If you have a problem walking you will find it hard.Entertainment non existant more

I have just returned from a week at Hollywood Mirage . We stayed as an RCI 5* owner exchange week and were not disappointed. The welcome, the apartments, the facilities were 5* and the security and safety of the guests was paramount. this complex was lovely , we are a family of Nana (65) Hubby & Wife (45 39) and son (13). we have stayed in time share accom for years as we own app and use the RCI.. these were nice app i don't know if they deserve the gold crown award as have been in nicer but the housekeeping staff... more

Appt clean and comfortable. On a very steep hill so a car or taxi is needed. Not a lot of entertainment in easy walking distance. Very quiet for teenagers. Hard sell resort staff. Had a 5 1/2 hour presentation. Eventually escaped but would not talk NO for an answer. Would not go back. more
