Firstly, the weather in Mellieha is probably the best in Malta, due to it being a little cooler than, say, Valletta, while still being hot and sunny all the time. Now to the hotel. Stayed at the hotel with my wife and young son aged 9. Have to say is was fantastic, very nice staff great food sat night BBQ the best. The pool is very deep so just be careful if you have very young children but there is a small shallow pool to the side. There are a few cats around the... more

Had an excellent time. Hotel is lovely - set up on the hill side away from the busier resorts with their tower block accommodations. The staff are wonderful and really made us feel welcome and at home and were happy to give us lots of information about good places to visit. Well reading some of the reviews below i feel compelled to reply. Firstly the Hotel is well presented, set on a hill between Melleiha and Magiba (please excuse my spelling).
