If travelling in the winter / low season with children be warned that most of the outside seating is packed up, the outside pool is unusable as they don't clean it and they bulldoze the beach to the back so you can't use that either. Cannot fault the "public face" of the hotel, the reception, bar areas and pool all meet 4 star criteria, with the exception of the sun lounges being packed onto the pool area.
