This hotel is pretty average for a large hotel. Although it was refubished a few years ago, the decor is pretty tired and uninspiring both in communal areas and the rooms. Just returned from a week at the Seabank and absolutely loved it. Found the staff extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem, even when we arrived quite late and found a double room instead of a twin room. Was given another room the next morning, which was even better.
