We had read some of the reviews prior to travelling & were aprehensive. We actually found the hotel & its staff to be exactly what we were looking for. The staff were helpful & courteous but not in your face. Perhaps due to the time of year there was never the usual fight for a sun lounger by the pool.... more

Grand Hotel is an excellent 4 star hotel. The rooms are really of a good size . For a family of three we were given a family suite. The staff were really nice especially Josianne in reservations , she goes over her limit to help you. The rooms have beautiful views. You can stay in the balcony to just relax.... more
