I travelled to Gozo and stayed in Villa Atlantis on the ground floor for 2 weeks, I had my extended family which consisted of mother in law, mother, husband and 2 kids ages 6 and 8. The apartment on ground floor slept 6, from day one we had many problems which ranged from toaster &, kettle didn't work, we had to fill the bin in the toilet and pour it down to get a flush(remember 6 people, 1 toilet). Lights didn't work in some rooms, bed sheets were a disgrace and shabby towels stank after 2 days and were only changed once a week as was bath mat. Smell from back of fridge was of a dead carcass which when reported along with all other problems were dismissed, we had to fix and clean out fridge drip tray of dead insects and stagnant water. In our friends other room they were eaten alive by bed bugs at night which upon reporting were told it was mosquitos, we sprayed the bed with insect killer and funnily enough the "mosquitos" dissappeared.
