A quite lovely guest house full of character and charm. Very quiet and conveniently situated and a pleasure to stay there. I would have no hesitation of staying there again and recommending to anyone.

I regularly stay here, working locally and living in the South East. This superb guest house really is the best kept secret in North Lincolnshire. It is extremely well priced for a comfortable room in a delightful Victorian farm house. A good selection of TV channels, free wi-fi, a nicely presented light breakfast included in the price and a very... More

What a lovely place to stay. I was working locally for a few nights and stayed here. I was on nights so slept during the day, the owner couldn't have been more understanding and was quiet when I was sleeping. A lovely room with a huge ensuite bathroom with loads of hot water. Electric blanket on the very comfortable double... More

We have stayed here for a few odd nights now and really love it. Have not had chance to survey the local area because we have been en route to York or vice versa and stayed here to split the journey. We feel lucky to have stumbled upon the b and b; and have just re booked for a longer... More

Lovely elegant house in a peaceful setting - a great surprise for a location right by the Humber and so close to the airport! Amiable host, and comfortable room. Excellent value with variable pricing depending on breakfast choices, which suited me as my stomach was not in the best state after the precious night's destination. Calm atmosphere at breakfast with... More

What a brilliant jewel of a b&b. My wife and I stayed whilst visiting family (30th birthday) in the neighbouring village of ulceby and we cannot recommend the place highly enough. A bargain of a stay (although looking at prices others paid maybe we paid too much! Lol). At just £35 for a large en-suite we couldn't have asked for... More

Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet picturesque location. Rooms very large, very clean and country style furniture. The owners were very friendly and polite and recommended a lovely little pub for dinner locally. Breakfast was a banquet fit for a king and the grounds were peaceful and pleasant to walk around! We were up visiting family locally and the price made... More

We stayed in a standard double, our room was very large with tv, coffee/tea making facilities and a sink in the corner. The room was clean and furnishings in keeping with a country house. If you want to be waited on hand and foot don't stay here, we loved the fact that we were given the key on arrival and... More
