Stayed at this hotel as a wedding guest. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. The room was comfy and clean, bathroom pristine. Restaurant was very good, food excellent and so many choices. All the staff whatever position they held were very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely night away with Colchester Deaf Club recently - beautiful food and very good service - was lively being greeted with glass of wine as well. Was great to see some of the reception staff greeting us in sign language - well done.
