We loved this place...that is until one of the other owners decided to rent their condo to a family with three children. There are to be NO CHILDREN under the age of 16 permitted. All three of these children were under the age, and one particular vocal 4 year old girl that I had to hear scream for 1 1/2 weeks.
The problem with Children at this particular venue is that:
1. The pool is not child friendly, for the most part it is a lap pool that is quite deep, which means the children have to play on the steps.
2. If your condo is right in front of the steps, then the entire day you get to hear the schrill voice of a 4 year old screaming into your condo.
3. all the condos face the pool, with a beautiful view of the ocean, however it is hard to enjoy the sound of the ocean waves crashing at anytime of the day or night when there are children present.
