For people that have expectations of luxury should stay away. If you are looking for a reasonably priced budget hotel where you walk out to a spectacular beach then look no further. Where to start...uncomfortable, moldy mattresses with paper thin sheets that you could see through and no mattress covers. Ratty towels. clean rooms, friendly/helpful receptionist who had good restaurant recommendations. reception closes at 11pm so if you're arriving late, you need to make special arrangements. the ceiling fan only had one speed (which which so noisy, we couldn't use it) and the a/c made a racket. so we finally rigged up a way to get cross ventilation from the ocean breeze.... Friendly staff, nice location, stunning views and good facilities. No complaints from me. The swimming pool didn't look great but who needs a pool when you have a beautiful beach like that ten seconds away! It may need a few repairs but it was absolutely fine
