I stayed at Arrecifes in November and again at the end of a longer stay in March. It's a 2 story apartment hotel located a few blocks north of the zocalo (town square) along a white sand beach. My husband and I were looking for a clean, good value, quiet beach-front hotel and this fit the bill. We stayed the month of November at the Arrecifes in Puerto Morelos. The staff and facility at Arrecifes are top notch. We have two young children and the suite was plenty big enough for us.
