This campground is very small but looks good. Owners are friendly and they do allow dogs, however when we arrived, there were dogs running around lose (friendly dogs) and even the owners dog was loose. We arrived just before dark, yet too dark to see what I was stepping in... you guessed it, I stepped in poop a few times... more

we stayed one night in Cabin #3 at Riverside campground. The room was small but nicely decorated and the bathroom was adequate. A second pillow per guest would be nice, as would windows that open outward so you could close the drapes but still get some air. This was a nice place to stay during our drive through Big Sur. more

They boast a AAA rating yet offer no discount. Expensive RV site ($50) and no internet. The spots were very close together and very difficult to get into with a 32" 5th wheel.
