My wife and I stayed at this B&B last summer on our way to her parents place. I agree with thr review "stay clear of this place." The room is small and poorly located right next to the kitchen. We are practiced B&B users (almost 30 years) and had the unfortunate experience of staying at The Dunes in July 2011. We have never had such a terrible encounter anywhere, as we had with Ross and Leanne at The Dunes. Please ignore "Stay Clear of this place" These people stayed with us and made many unreasonable demands. None of what they say is true. We clean and sanitize the room and bathroom between guests. Our towels are first-class, thick towels and our sheets are top-of-the-line, 600 thread count cotton. We provide freshly baked muffins, scones and fruit cobblers along with... More
