It is such a lovely hotel, very well decorated and the service was first class, we even got upgraded. Just out the way of a busy road. Very comfortable, we will defiantly be visiting here again. There is even a pub across the road who are very friendly.

We revisited the Celtic Guesthouses recently and was met by Sue with her usual warm and friendly greeting. She had already booked our dinner reservation as requested and had everthing ready. The room and guesthouse were lovely and we had a super breakfast the next morning. I am sure we will be visiting again soon.

If you're planning to stay in Newport area for a few days. Drive straight past the Newport Hilton and find the Celtic Guest House. Very friendly, helpful and warm welcome on arrival. Very nice boutique style hotel. Suitable for short stops especially for the business user. Highly recommended and my new place to stay when ever I'm in the area.

A beautiul room & bathroom with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was a lovely receptionist on duty both the night we arrived & the next morning who was so nice & helpful.
