They say it's a 4 star hotel.. .but is far from that, in my opinion they get half a star. The rooms are generally not very clean, the curtains are raged, rooms are very very very ugly. more

The Howard Johnson in Palenque is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It has a secured parking lot. A very good deal if you pay cash : 400 pesos per night for 2. more

Exactly what you would be expecting for a Palenque stay, if no more than two nights. Clean and with very confortable beds, working air-con and ceiling fan. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate. I'd stay again for sure. more
