I have just spent two days at the recently refurnished Novotel Canberra, and what a great stay it was, room was so quiet & comfortable, it had great views and modern & clean. Food and beverage at the hotel was fantastic, wines selection impressive and Chris the Food and beverage manager looked after us so well. we will be back. more

Hotel room seemed to be more suited for a Single traveller rather than a Couple. (1 towel hook in bathroom only/tight squeeze to manouver around bathroom/ 1 lounge chair.) Not a fan of the shared balcony. Car park: very tight car spaces, and valet system needs to be assessed especially when being charged per night. Staff: zero personality. more

A very disappointing stay to say the least. Arriving to the hotel the entrance to the car park is difficult to find, when getting into the car park it is like a rabbit warren, with minimal parking available and very tight, be careful not to go in too far, you will have difficulty getting out!
