My partner and I stayed for one night. We paid 92 dollars for a private twin share. Its an ideal location, clean place to stay and good staff, but the value was absolutely atrocious. A 4m x 4m room, two single beds and a sink....for 92 dollars???? I suggest spending a little extra and getting a hotel room. more

Victor Lodge is reasonable enough. The room (bed, chair and sink) was adequate and clean. There is a decent continential breakfast included in the price. My one complaint would be the cold shower - only a hint of hot water and hardly any water pressure! Overall, good value for Canberra, but at least an hour's walk from the city centre.... more

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Canberra, in a double room with shared single sex bathrooms. The rooms are not over big but they are clean, comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of hot water and clean towels, laundry and an a good breakfast included in the price. Tea and coffee are available all day... more
