Two nights whilst travelling from Sydney to Brisbane - it was great to be able to stay up in the hills in such a peaceful location yet be only minutes from the beaches and towns along the coast. We stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate both a birthday and a Silver Wedding Anniversary. The hosts Penny and Toni were warm and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful during our visit. The location is stunning with 2 cottages (and a 3rd underway) nestled high in the hills and a good distance from each other for complete privacy.... more

Sacred Mountain Retreat is without a doubt the most beautiful, secluded spot we have ever stayed - and to top it all off our hosts made us feel like V.I.P's the whole time! Stayed here for two nights on the drive from Sydney to Brisbane. This place was an unexpected highlight of our trip. Just a stopover as we sped down the coast, but turned out to be an oz experience we'll rmember. The most beautiful scenery I've seen anywhere in the world, wildlife in its owm habitat, very genuine hospitality, fantastic food, absolutely gorgeous accommodation. next time in oz we'll make it a destination... more

Sacred Mountain Retreat was such a surprise to us! A really special environment with views that I have never experienced before. The hospitality was so friendly and we felt completly comfortable, enjoyed our privacy and were thoroughly spoiled during our stay.
